ICCHA means “WISH”.
The ICCHA-WISH Fund was established in 2007 at the Royal Inland Hospital Foundation in Kamloops and has raised over $1.75 million with the help of our community. Today we have expanded our vision to include a partnership with Thompson Rivers University.
“When someone is sick in the hospital, we wish them well but that is not good enough, WE HAVE TO DO MORE! A wish for a healthy community can come true by businesses and individuals giving something back for the benefit of all who rely on Royal Inland Hospital." - Al Patel, Founder

Watch the heartfelt stories of these incredible people who have suffered traumatic journeys just to receive basic cardiac care. We need more cardiac services in Kamloops so that when patients experience heart attacks, we can take care of our community.
A BIG thank you to Colin Lyons, Dan Bader and Brad Van Goor for sharing their heartfelt stories about their out-of-town journeys to receive basic cardiac care.
